The Youth Work Quality Framework has been developed as a comprehensive guide to foster and strengthen youth work across the Western Balkan region. It addresses key areas such as values, principles, legislation, recognition, funding, professionalism, and intersectoral cooperation. Designed collaboratively by youth work practitioners and experts from Montenegro, Serbia, North Macedonia, Kosovo*, Albania, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, this document aims to serve youth workers, organizations, youth centers, and policymakers in creating more impactful and cohesive youth work systems.
We invite youth work community of practice:
- Youth workers, youth leaders/activists, and youth work managers from organizations, youth centers, and clubs
- Municipalities and local decision-makers
- National-level policymakers and representatives of youth-related institutions
- Young people and other stakeholders invested in youth work development
This is your opportunity to shape the future of youth work in Montenegro, Serbia, North Macedonia, Kosovo*, Albania, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
